QUALITY.
(Lean by design. Built to scale.)
Through our talent network The Creation Population®, we connect brands and agencies with exceptional content creators.
We bring the right people together for each brief - whether that’s design, CGI, film, animation or emerging production tools.
Our role is to provide clear oversight from concept through to delivery, combining creative direction with disciplined project management to keep projects focused, efficient and driving creative and commercial impact.
That means less friction, less waste, and better outcomes for the work.

Tell us a little about your role within People One Fifty®.
I look after clients and artists. I put teams together to deliver amazing content. I do the numbers making sure it’s a win for the clients, the artists and People One Fifty®. I find new artists and clients that fit with our culture and values. I work strategically, always making sure I understand the bigger picture and also the micro details.
Prior to People One Fifty®.
I was lucky enough to complete the first multimedia design degree in the country. The course involved modules in Creative Thinking, Film Making and Photography, 3D Modelling, Video Editing, and Interactive Design. Amazingly this is pretty much what I do today. I’ve worked in the agency world for nearly 30 years and have seen it all, the good, the bad and the ugly.
Quick-Fire Five.
1. Biggest influence, professionally or personally?
Michael Fisher (my first Boss), he taught me about work ethic, creativity/design and in effect how the creative industry works.
2. Best piece of advice you have ever been given?
Do as Shelley says (she’s always right). Annoyingly this is usually very true.
3. Where are you happiest?
On a beach on a hot sunny day.
4. What’s your favourite catchphrase?
Just do it.
5. Tell us something we don’t know about you – work or personal?
I designed my first record cover at 18 as a graphic designer on work placement. I took my Mum to HMV to buy a copy which I still have today!
6. Bonus facts?
Shelley talks more than I do (!) and drives a Nissan Figaro (the car in the banner above, but black). We had a cat, Cowboy, who is sadly no longer with us. However, keeping his legacy very much alive is his feisty and friendly brother Indian (pictured)!

Tell us a little about your role within People One Fifty®.
I focus on how we deliver.
That means structuring projects properly from the outset - ensuring clarity of brief, efficient execution and strong commercial outcomes.
I’m responsible for shaping and refining our operating model, making sure it works in practice for our clients, our team and the specialists we collaborate with. A key part of that is maintaining a lean, direct-to-talent approach - connecting the right expertise to each brief and removing unnecessary layers.
I also support Dan and the team across client relationships and delivery, helping ensure projects run smoothly and deliver the intended result.
Prior to People One Fifty®.
Before co-founding People One Fifty®, I spent over 20 years in marketing and sales roles across agency, public and private sectors, including the NHS and healthcare, with experience spanning supply chain and procurement.
That experience shaped how we built People One Fifty® - a lean, direct-to-talent model designed to maximise value and connect clients with the right specialists for each brief.
It continues to influence how I approach delivery, with a focus on practicality, efficiency, long-term impact and value.
Quick-Fire Five.
1. Biggest influence, professionally or personally?
Professionally, my late dad - a marketer - had a big influence. My first boss, Ted, also stands out. He showed me the value of believing in people and helping them build the confidence to be the best version of themselves.
2. Best piece of advice you have ever been given?
'Always look for the good in people'.
3. Where are you happiest?
In the middle of delivery - working with brilliant clients, talented people, solving problems and creating the conditions for great work to happen.
That, or spending time outdoors (and in the sea) on our incredible island.
4. What’s your favourite catchphrase
‘There is no such thing as failure, just key learnings.’
5. Tell us something we don’t know about you – work or personal?
During my time in the NHS and healthcare, I designed and launched the National NHS Traffic Light Support System (TLSS) in collaboration with NHS Supply Chain, The Royal College of Nursing, The Clinical Procurement Specialist Network and NHS trusts.
It was a simple, practical system designed to engage frontline teams and support more informed, cost-aware decisions around clinical supplies - improving awareness, influencing day-to-day behaviour and enabling more consistent, efficient use of resources.
It reinforced the value of clear communication and creating the right content and tools that people can understand, trust and act on - and the real-life impact that can have.
